T&Cs and further info
Studio Erskine products and artworks are all produced and embroidered in the UK. Each and every product is checked prior to being added to the online shop. Great care is taken to keep every piece consistent and embroidered to a high standard. However, due the nature of the way we work and the skills and tools utilised, meaning each piece is hand drawn, freehand machine embroidered and sewn by hand, please allow slight variation from one piece to the next.
After sales, please allow 10 - 14 working days (Erskine Omigie Products) and 5 working days (Edie and Ophelia) for your orders to be processed. A tracking number will be added to your email invoice as soon as your package has been dispatched. All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd Class Signed For to the UK and International Track and Signed for worldwide orders. Larger value international orders will have insurance protection added at no extra cost.
The purchase of our products are for non-commercial use. For brand collaborations please email emma@studioerskine.com
How the shop works
The time involved in creating our artworks, products and workshops often requires months of planning, designing and then embroidering and producing the final pieces. As a result the shop is only stocked around 2 to 3 times a year. While we understand this can be frustrating, there is a continual need to juggle various projects alongside running the shop. The best way to know when new stock is being released is to follow us on Instagram or sign up to our newsletter.
A Lot of our products are ‘Limited Editions‘ or collaborations with other artists, these don’t come back into stock once sold out but from time to time old favourites are re-made and added into the sale alongside new products. Edie & Ophelia products are not made to order, it’s not financially viable to make them in this manner. Erskine Omigie offers limited Edition product drops throughout the year. Please sign up to our Mailing List or follow us on Instagram to stay up to the minute on future drop dates and more.
International Customers please note
Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and delays due to customs. All packages will be marked as 'goods' and any custom fees and taxes are the buyers responsibility.
A signature will be required to receive your goods, if left uncollected and 'returned to sender' the goods will be refunded minus the initial postal costs. It is the buyers responsibility to check that the delivery details are correct before checking out your order.
EU Customers please note
Please consider the extra custom and duty charges you might need to pay on your order. This varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Post
We want you to receive your products in perfect condition and in a reasonable time frame, please understand that international delays can happen with post being held in customs, this is out of our control but we are always on hand to help resolve any lost post and will refund you if the parcel is lost. Royal Mail International Tracked post if considered lost if over 35 days from the dispatch date. For assistance please email Emma@studioerskine.com

How to care and apply your pieces
Our products are handmade and need to be treated with care, For some of our products such as embroidery patches, we don’t recommend machine washing them as it can affect the look and longevity of the embroidery. However
Patches -
Our patches come with an ‘iron-on backer’ this can be used to to fix the embroidery into place but it will always need to be stitched down to secure into place - we recommend hand stitching around the felt border. Either apply them to garments that require minimal washing or frame them as artwork.
Garments -
Each garment produced comes with a care label. Care instructions are also stated on the production description and specification when browsing our store. Please read these instructions carefully.
Artwork -
All our Fine art and artwork are archival Gicleé prints, printed on Artist grade fine art paper. To protect artwork please keep all liquids away from the artwork.
